8. How does it work?
• SASCAL promotes iniQaQves through
convenQonal, new and social media
• People register on our page to parQcipate
• RegistraQon form is automaQcally sent to our
email address
• We co‐ordinate which teacher goes with
which student. In the future this will be

• The main sponsor to provide the skills and venue for teaching first
aid skills
• Other sponsors to provide first aid kit
• A third sponsor to provide free transport
• Press release compiled with SASCAL to announce iniQaQve to
media. RegistraQon to parQcipate via organisaQons for which
people work or registraQon on SASCAL’s Facebook page
• Teach 300 people first aid every year
• Event at the end of that period to celebrate their accomplishments
• CerQficate, first aid kit and photograph provided
• Media invited
