Through its principles and practices, Scrum challenges fundamental assumptions about roles, teams, process, and planning.Continuous Delivery (CD) is a design practice used by many agile teams . CD allow software to be developed to a high standard , easily packaged and deployed to test environments, resulting in the ability to rapidly, reliably and repeatedly push out enhancements and bug fixes to customers at low risk and with minimal manual overhead by test automation. Agile testing mindset plays an important role in CD. Baiju Joseph will be sharing his experiences from his past 16+ years of transforming testing teams to successful agile teams.

- Situation : 2016 Jan. Yahoo’s CEO Marissa Mayer just decided that Yahoo is not spinning of our team . I was with my team on one of our goal setting huddles. This is my Yahoo Web Hosting scrum team. Complication : Our revenue and customer base declining XX% YoY. We are still ½ the revenue of our BU. a Team of 4 contractors and 2 FTEs mostly doing maintenance and tech debt work so far. Solution : We believed that if we solve 2 of the pain points of our customers … if we can make it easier we will be back in the game. Value : This will make the website building easier and customers will get beautiful mobile friendly website with the power of yahoo’s tech stack .
