Passion and Purpose for Learning: What is Your Why?

Learning happens when you know your why. What engages you in learning so you are motivated to want to learn? This session will introduce you to Ikigai to explore the four points that help you discover your Meaning for life. Then use Universal Design for Learning principles to determine your strengths, interests, and challenges to help you define what you prefer and need for learning for your personal learning backpack. Pull these together with design thinking to find your why for learning.
