Develop a standardized closing process to maintain efficiency and reduce costs:

•	 Develop a standard LOI form to simplify comparison of offers
•	 Specify in advance of closing an escrow company to ensure seller’s comfort during the
transaction
•	 Integrate closing coordinator to assist in overseeing the LOI, the contract, due diligence and
