The photo establishes the award I received called the Fran Edicott Award. It was given to me on my graduation. It relates to me being active in school and being very social in events that were going on. I am very proud of this award, since it is my only one and it feels good to be recognize for your hard work.
These photos relates to my accomplishments. The one on the left is my diploma in Social Service Worker Gerontology and the one on the right is a certificate in completing my co-op as a Teacher Assistant. I went to Sheridan college to complete the Social Service Worker Gerontology program. I learned many skills and I am able to use it in the field. The Teacher Assistant experience helped me to be more comfortable with children. It also helped me to feel calm when doing public speaking.
This photo is about helping out at the Centennial College welcome event. It was a great experience to be involved and interact with new students. I was able to lead them around the school and offer any help that was needed. I am excited to do it again since I had fun doing it.
The photo explains my experience with people at Sheridan College. I was living near the school, but I was living alone. It was my first time living away from family and I develop more independence during that experience.
The photo on the left is a certificate that shows I participated in The Central West Palliative Care Network. It was a seminar address palliative care for seniors. It help me to be more aware of the situation and how to approach it in a certain manner. The photo on the right is about being involved in a two hour workshop pertaining to personality. It was focused on the Social Service Worker program. It help me to be more professional in the field of Social Work.
