Created in 2006, HR&D. works mainly on innovation projects in the work field, with
the goal of improving the quality of work environments and experience.
HR&D. conducts research studies on emerging topics, then contributes to raising
awareness within the company of these new themes (through seminars, inter-
company workgroups, training, etc.). HR&D. also participates in forward-looking
forums and in developing new tools with researchers or think tanks in France and
Europe.
Finally, HR&D. supports companies in experimenting with innovative work modes
and environments (“work environment” in the broad sense: spaces, IT environment,
management, etc.).
The work of HR&D. promotes a multidisciplinary approach and makes active use
of a network of skills (architects, designers, digital specialists, etc.).
