Project Brief
Develop and package an incisive and full-scale
informative 30 minutes video documentary about
the DPR, its operations and activities.
This 30 minutes all-embracing visual
documentary of the DPR will specifically highlight
the past and current field works activities, CSR
programmes, exhibitions showcases and staff
oriented activities. In addition, it will provide a
window-view of all major divisional activities both
at the DPR's Headquarters in Lagos and the
various regional offices.

Hence, the entire production will largely involve
locations transitioning and a full scale
deployment of field production equipment.
Using latest industry technologies and adhering
to best practices, the resultant visuals will be such
that is assembled to encapsulate all the key areas

Production Schedules
After a final approval and as part of the pre-production
stages, a one-day meeting between key members of the
production team from Greenwich Media Limited and
the DPR will be scheduled, in order to define and agree
on final areas of coverage, to obtain or schedule retrieval
of all in-house requirements as mentioned earlier and
perhaps share notes and comments.
Also, during the final post-production stages, another
meeting will be scheduled to enable your team preview
and review the progressing visual ensemble, and perhaps
submit observations for further iteration.

A four-part video documentary prepared for the
Department of Petroleum Resources with the aim
of sensitizing the public and creating awareness
on the primary roles/guiding legislations of the
DPR, the OGISP online application, the
requirements for obtaining OSP and facts on the
National Data Repository.
The DPR has the statutory responsibility of
ensuring compliance to petroleum laws,
regulations and guidelines in the Nigeria's Oil
and Gas Industry.

This slightly over 10 minutes video documentary
titled 'Womankind in Ghana‘, was prepared for
Womankind Worldwide. It was done to showcase
the works of the Charity organisation in the west
African country of Ghana, as narrated by Sandi
Toksvig. For this project, both pre-production and
main production were completed in Ghana, while
post-production was done in Nigeria.
Womankind Worldwide is an international
women’s rights charity working to support
women and girls to improve their lives and
communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

An 8 minutes promotional video prepared for
Konza Technology City, Kenya. This production
was simply aimed at creating awareness for
Project Konza and projecting it as "where
Africa's silicon savanna begins", in terms of
technological innovations. It took our team
averagely 14 days to complete this production –
7 days for gathering visuals and 7 days post
production and delivery.
Konza Techno City is a BPO project that is being
marketed by the Kenyan government
through Kenya ICT Board.

A 15 minutes exposé of the friendly Economic
climate of Imo State being prepared for The
Government of Imo State. This project is simply
aimed at attracting more investment partnerships
and opportunities to the State, through
showcasing the many economically friendly
policies, climate and people.
In addition, we have done/covered several
freelance reporting for both local and
international TV stations. However, references for
these services cannot be given due to terms of
contractual agreements.

With our understanding so far of this project's outline and its overall objective, we hereby confidently submit
our readiness and commitment to developing an all-encompassing, yet thoroughly engaging 30-40 minutes
video documentary of the DPR.
