resilience in the face of a serious challenge — like an illness or injury,
anxiety or depression.
Furthermore, SuperBetter can be used to make a major health
change, such as quitting smoking, losing weight or doing more
exercise. Players are challenged to build up their core strengths of
physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Digipill uses psychoacoustics to allow you to unlock your subconscious
and change your perception.
It is an app that is aimed to help reduce stress, prevent insomnia, gain
confidence, lose weight and increase motivation.

• To strengthen their brand they should use the power of celebrities, or by
partnerships with other brands to use the sense of association Referent power.
Like Nike+ and other apps, where they have used association and hard facts.
Like Fig have medical researchers on the team showing how this is life
changing.
• On the more technical side they should have stronger bug fixers as their last
update was 24 October and they are still not all fixed.
• To further strengthen their brand Whemsy should use Story telling as a part of
their marketing strategy. We recommend stronger advertisement as this is to
change your habit, change you and eventually change the way you know how
to live life. It already has such a strong message it now needs to be
communicated to the audience in the right way.
