2. Climate Change What is climate change : Climate change is the worlds temperature increase because of the change in the earth’s atmosphere. The increase of the worlds temperature is causing bigger and more storms to occur. What causes global warming? Scientists have proved that humans are the cause of global warming. By us humans using cars the smoke from the exhaust pipes that go up to the worlds atmosphere.
3. The ozone layer is a layer in the earths atmosphere. This layer absorbs 97-99% of the sun’s high frequency ultraviolet light, which is potentially damaging to life on earth. Ozone is mainly found in two parts of the earths atmosphere The Ozone Layer
4. The Green House Effect The Green House Effect is the rise in temperature that the earth experiences because certain gases in the atmosphere such as water vapour/ carbon dioxide and many more.
5. Think climate change is too big of a problem to solve? Think again. Everybody loves there electronics but you waste power by keeping them on all day and all night. 6. What can we do to help? Change your light bulbs : We can help the environment and help stop global warming from effecting the earth. Many people leave there light switches on which uses energy. Most people ignore the fact that the earth is heating up and continue to do all the things that causes this. Recycle your organic waste : About 3% of greenhouse gas emissions though the methane is released by decomposing waste. By recycling your waste or composting it if you have a garden, you can help eliminate this problem!
