Billerica Partners for Education grant recipient Dawn Baniewicz-Press, a teacher at the Marshall Middle School in Billerica, Massachusetts shared details of her use of a Promethean Board with the Partners at our Annual Meeting in May 2012.

• Note taking ~ Notes can be
premade and displayed on the
Promethean Board.

• Brainstorming ~ The Promethean
Board allows students and teachers
to brainstorm ideas and save the
activity. It also allows teachers to
provide every student with a copy
of the activity.

Using special hand controls,
Jeopardy games can reach new
levels. Students are able to
anonymously compete with each
other.

specific websites. As well as
obtaining specific information.

able to get up and use the
