À propos
I am a trained designer and experienced community-builder. I have brought both consumer goods and digital products successfully to market, using open innovation for product design, community advocacy for launch, and customer communities for retention, growth and ongoing innovation.
My primary focus is developing large-scale online communities. I designed and launched TechRepublic.com, quickly growing to 2mm members. I have developed and launched modern communities for Autodesk and Dell (connecting millions of customers and creating upwards of $100 Million in financial impact).
