1. What is a LEAR?
I-EAR stands for Legal E[tit-v Appointed Representati]e.
for organizations (i.e. not individuals), this person formally appointed b_!' the legal
representative ofthe organization to perfolm ccnain tasks on behalfofhis/her organization,
as parl ofits padcipation in EU funded grants and p zes that are managed vjathe electronic
exchange s-ystem in the 'My Area' Section ofthe Pafiicipant Poftal.
Individuals automatically have the role ofLEAR.
2. What can a LEAR do?
As a LEAR )ou can:

3. What must )ou do?
As a LEAR you have certain lbrnral obligations:
