enough. No need for jealousy or competition. It is when I
compare to others that destructive emotions set in. Do not
use yoga to be someone else. I do the work and trust that the
outcomes will be there. There is no need to be more. I am
already enough.
Ground, rest, surrender. There is nowhere to be, nothing to
do. Breathe. Be here now.
