1 Identify the school to include in processing.
2 Globally update status information using the Status, Status date, and
Status reason fields.
3 Determine whether to update the grade apply and current grade on
records.
4 If desired, select the following checkboxes:
• Create exception query
• Create query of applicants with changes
• Print a control report

3 In the Promotion schedule field, select the promotion schedule to use,
such as High School.
4 In the To year field, select the academic year for student reenrollments.
5 If desired, select the following checkboxes:
• Create exception query
• Create query of students with changes
• Print a control report
