  1. Turn off phones, close facebook and emails and get a pen and paper ready.
  2. Before any training I do to my students so lets warm up a bit. So lets stretch up as high as you can, flick those knuckles out. Now put in the comments what you believe is the biggest mindset challenge you have?
  3. I always run around saying that I am not into the fluffy mindset stuff, though actually I am very good at it, cause most people don’t want to get into it, so why market it, though it is key to everything you do in business. YOU have to think and act differently if you want a different business.
  4. Part of the marketing for the webinar was speaking about whether or not your business is not growing as well as what it should be. There could be many factors though it can also be you stopping it.
  5. What are you Self Employed or Business Owner – Robert Kiyosaki – Cash Flow Quadrant.
  6. Simple
  7. What would happen if you spent 20% on you, being a better business owner, better at time management, being able to achieve the things you want. Mark Tang and going home at 4pm on Tuesday and Thursdays.
  8. Use Alycia as an Example – Going for Black Belt – Told not to do it. – This is on one clients walls where the team where so far below the line. Fast forward 3 years and this client is just doing amazing. Loose a team member, use to get upset and frustrated, now it is oh well. Why do you think that happened ?
  9. Who would you prefer to be. Lets face reality, do you need to know your why, do you need to be passionate about what you do ? If you hate what you do, why do you do it. Talk about passion for golf, could I make money from it. Hell no. That ship is sailed. Though look at Martial Arts. I am making good money from it. Here is the biggest thing you need to think about – Next Slide
  10. It is not the activity it is the results? Do you hate getting up Monday Morning, love going exercise, love eating healthy ?
  11. It takes years and years, not months, Facebook, every other business. 2 clients businesses been running 15 years or more, what have they got ? Very nice house, bought BMW cash, other has house fully paid off, works 3 hours a week in their business.
  12. typical ice berg effect, you only see whats up top. People want that, delayed gratification. Facebook rant. Team Survey wanting to be paid more and the sacrifices they make.
  13. Here’s the secret, stop being bored. Enjoy the outcome, the results. Successful business is doing the same over and over again. They get use to doing that. They focus on the results, not the activity. They focus on what drives them. Lets talk about Hazel, she would come up with something new to try in business every day. Oh dear. Never got anything done and wonder why not getting anywhere.
  14. The difference between a black belt and white belt is the amount of lesson done and the effort put in.
  15. I am good with fake it to you make it……Dangerous, set you up for dissappointment, or vica versus make you better then you are.
  16. Who you hang out with is important.
  17. Most people make their decisions about their life and careers from emotion and assumptions.  Successful entrepreneurs base their decisions from fact-based thinking. Successful entrepreneurs strive to make accurate decisions rooted in Actual Facts. Are you putting to much emotion into your business. Ask yourself, should it be focused on your emotion. Please note a difference to being sympathetic versus emotion. Pick a story for this one.
  18. The difference between a dream and accomplishment.
  19. Burn Out, what is your rest period. How do you get balance.
  20. What Risks would you like to take, moving forward write them down, are you taking enough risks, it is the risk takers that actually get what they want. I disagree with this sign, I think you are rewarded everytime you take risks. SEO amounts etc.
  21. What questions are you asking yourself, everyday to help with your mindset.
  22. What do you believe is the most important things to do in your business is ?
