Responsibilities:
• Market TigerShark’s long/short equity and short-only equity funds globally but focused on
domestic investors capable of investing in funds of our size with particular emphasis on
Endowments, Fund-of-Funds, Family Offices & HNWI.
• Liaise with Capital Introduction groups.
• Provided monthly performance reports & quarterly letters, updates on portfolio strategy &
market conditions and answered operational questions for existing client base.
Accomplishments:
• Raised substantial assets during difficult fund raising period for TigerShark by sourcing the
lead investor for the launch of Mako Shark Fund, TigerShark’s new short-only fund.
• Worked closely with the Capital Introductions Teams of three Prime Brokers to successfully
participate in three investor conferences.
• Significantly advanced the pipeline of investor interest in TigerShark.
2006-2008 Director of Marketing, CONTRARIAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, Greenwich, CT, a
$4 billion manager of global distressed, event-driven equity/credit, long/short credit & equity, and
direct lending hedge funds.
Responsibilities:
• Market Contrarian’s range of nine absolute return funds (covering a variety of strategies, all
parts of the capital structure & geographies) globally, primarily to an institutional client base
of Endowments, Foundations, Pension Plans, Consultants, Banks, Insurance Companies,
etc., but also to Fund-of-Funds, Family Offices & wealthy individuals.
• Liaise with Capital Introduction groups.
Accomplishments:
• Raised substantial assets in an extremely challenging environment.
• Cultivated & developed worldwide client base of >700 relationships.
• Marketing road shows to London, Zurich, Lucerne, Geneva, Dallas, St. Louis, Chicago, the
West Coast, and frequent meetings in greater New York City.

NY, a distressed securities hedge fund launched April 2000 and shut down after the 9/11 terrorist
attacks.
1991-2000 Vice President-Marketing & Investor Relations, BENNETT MANAGEMENT
CORPORATION, Stamford, CT, a distressed securities firm managing domestic and offshore
investment partnerships and separate accounts. During my years at Bennett Management assets
under management grew from $25 million to $325 million and the client-base was expanded from
primarily high net worth investors to include family offices, fund-of-funds and institutional
investors.
