ปัญหาของการเลือกและวางระบบ ERP
ด้านการจัดการเชิงบูรณาการของโครงการ (Project Integration Management)
• ไม่มีการสร้างแผนสำหรับการจัดการโครงการอย่างละเอียด เช่น สร้างแผนโดยแบ่ง
การจัดการ เป็น Phase และมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในแต่ละ Phase โดยละเอียด เป็นต้น
• ไม่มีวิธีการตรวจสอบและควบคุมโครงการอย่างเป็นระบบ
• การกำหนดทีมงานที่ไม่เหมาะสม หรือไม่มีอำนาจการตัดสินใจ รวมไปถึงกำหนด
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบไม่ชัดเจน
• ขาดการสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง
• ความต้องการของแต่ละแผนกมีความขัดแย้งกัน โดยเฉพาะด้านต้นทุน และการผลิต

• ไม่มีการกำหนดกฎเกณฑ์หรือขอบเขตในการพัฒนาโครงการที่ชัดเจน เช่น
ครอบคลุม ด้าน Financial, Planning , Production , Sale ,Purchase ,Logistic
• การให้ความต้องการของแผนกต่างๆที่ไม่ครบ ผิดพลาด หรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
บ่อยครั้ง
• มีความต้องการใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้นเมื่ออยู่ในขั้นตอนของการวางระบบ ERP ทำให้
ขอบเขตของโครงการเพิ่มมากขั้น

 เลือก ระบบที่ไม่ตรงตามความต้องการ ทำให้ต้องมีการ Customize มาก
 ซอฟท์แวร์มีความซับซ้อน ผู้ใช้งานไม่สะดวก
 ผู้วางระบบวิเคราะห์กระบวนการไม่ละเอียด ทำให้ตอบสนองได้ไม่ครบถ้วน ทำให้บางครั้ง
ต้องเพิ่มเฟสการดำเนินงาน และเพิ่มค่าใช้จ่าย
ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลของโครงการ (Project Human Resource
Management )
