Notes de l'éditeur

  • DO YOU SEE MY NOTES?
  • Hundreds of companies worldwide, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, use our lidar sensors to give 3D vision to robots, smart infrastructure, industrial machines, vehicles and more.

  • Heru has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) driven diagnostics and vision augmentation technology platform that runs on mixed reality wearable devices. The technology is designed to be accessed from any location, with the goal of providing real-time evaluations of eye health and vision disorders, and personalized vision correction. At Heru, our goal is to provide physicians and patients access to smarter, more accurate, and portable technology to diagnose and treat visual field loss, double vision, and other vision disorders.
  • Protecting against both environmental factors (like smog or soot) and pathogens (like coronavirus), this true “smart mask” monitors your breathing and the quality of the air you’re inhaling, and even tells you when it’s time to change the filter based on your unique usage.
  • The company BiolIntelliSense claims that monitoring for COVID is as easy as slapping on a sticker. The BioButton is a quarter-sized sticker that can monitor the wearer’s heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate continuously; continuous monitoring makes it easier to notice deviations.
  • The BinaxNOW COVID-19 Self Test can quickly detect when people are at risk of spreading COVID-19 in the comfort of their home. It’s the first portable test that delivers results in 15 minutes with no equipment and is authorized for over-the-counter, serial asymptomatic testing. As the most widely used and studied rapid COVID-19 test in the U.S., BinaxNOW has been used by communities, schools and employers to minimize spread. By making this test available in U.S. retailers, we’re making self-testing more available – enabling people to re-enter society by going to school, work or getting together with family or friends.
  • The Grapheal TestNpass digital biosensor test strip, made with Graphene for Covid-19 antigen testing featuring an encrypted RFID tag for a biometric health pass
  • Motion Pillow 3 is a product that senses the user's head position and detects the sound of snoring, which triggers the airbags inside the pillow to inflate to optimize the sleeper's head position without disturbing sleep, thereby reducing or stopping snoring through securing the upper respiratory tract during sleep.  It mainly consists of a pillow with built-in airbags, a control unit (Solution Box) with an acoustic sensor for receiving snoring sounds and air pressure sensor for detecting the location of the head on the pillow, and a sub-module to maximize accuracy in detecting snoring sounds.

Abbott’s FreeStyle Libre portfolio, the world’s leading continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system, has changed the lives of nearly 3.5 million people across more than 50 countries by delivering breakthrough technology that is accessible and affordable. FreeStyle Libre provides glucose readings every minute and trend arrows via a small sensor worn on the back of the upper arm. FreeStyle Libre 3 is Abbott’s next-generation CGM system, featuring the world’s smallest, thinnest glucose sensor that can be worn up to 14 days to deliver continuous, real-time glucose readings directly to smartphones with unsurpassed accuracy and performance.
  • With the push of a button, the Redux system completely removes moisture from hearing aids, implants, and hearables in just minutes while providing verification of water removed. Redux’s patented technology creates a vacuum to lower the evaporation point of water and then safely applies heat to remove moisture from any ear-worn devices.  Redux is proactively improving the condition for 98% of devices treated, with audiologists reporting immediate improved performance in 77% of all devices treated. The system is designed for practitioners to improve hearing device function, save valuable office staff time, reduce costly instrument returns, and improve customer/patient experience.
  • Through NaaS(Nutrition as a Service), Algocare completely changes the customers' nutritional-taking habits and the manufacturing-oriented nutrition market into the ICT service market. Algocare analyzes users' health data based on AI and provides micro-formulations to the dose precisely through the Nutrition Engine. The user's nutritional history is recorded and learned, and NaaS is further advanced. Through NaaS, users can consume nutritional supplements tailored to the dose according to their daily condition and receive health management services that continuously reflect their health data.
  • Vivoo’s at-home urine test strip for personalized nutrition and lifestlye advice
  • AIR NEO, AirSelfie's 4th Generation Aerial Camera, delivers a completely autonomous (no controller) experience to capture aerial images and video with the simple click of a button. AIR NEO is easy to use, takes off and lands right from your hand, and you can safely fly it without a controller, or any flight experience - meaning that your smartphone can stay in your pocket. AutoFly™ modes are the magic behind NEO, allowing storytellers to record their world using AI Body tracking and facial detection to perfectly frame your photos and video using 360, Orbit, Zoom, Wide, and Video modes.
  • Baracoda Daily Healthtech employee Thomas Serval demonstrates the company's smart mirror during CES Unveiled before the CES tech show, Jan. 3, 2022, in Las Vegas. The mirror includes features such as personal health data and makeup tutorials.
  •  the wake of the COP26 climate summit, during which global leaders made huge commitments to green energy and carbon neutrality, this year's CES will have a distinct focus on sustainability. Big brands from GM to Samsung will discuss their sustainability efforts, and a number of sessions will focus on green technology.
"Tech is empowering us to ask big questions about our world," said Shapiro. "How can we create more sustainable practices and reduce our environmental footprint?" It's the kind of question founders should ask themselves as consumers become more environmentally aware. As Shapiro said, it's not only the right thing to do, it's the smart thing to do.
  • Sepura Home has transformed the conventional garbage disposal unit into an all-in-one home composting system. Unlike a conventional garbage disposal that sends food waste right into the sewage system, Sepura uses a patented separating technology to divert food waste into a collection bin under your sink. This allows food waste to be easily composted and also prevents the build up of odor and fruit flies that typically result from table top compost bins.
  • ZamStar consists of an app and a custom guitar called ZamString. The idea is that you can play a part on the guitar, add effects and then sync it up with other musicians around the world. It's clearly a riff on the COVID-19 TikTok trend of musical collaborations (remember all those sea shanties early this year), with the idea of making it easy to sync up your music. Meanwhile, the ZamString guitar has a fretboard that lights via input from a song, making it easy to figure out where to put your fingers. It's not a new concept, but perhaps the first to marry both the learning and collaboration aspects.

Piloto, meanwhile, is what Samsung calls an "AI solution that helps children develop proper smartphone usage habits." The aim is to teach kids "self-regulation skills" on smart devices to help them make good choices. Finally, Innovision is "a daily life eye-care system with a nursery mobile to catch suspicious symptoms of the strabismus and monitor visual ability development status for babies." That seems like a smart idea, since babies gaze natural towards mobiles.
  • Fluent Pet – buttons to teach your dogs vocabulary

More than a simple GPS tracker and less expensive than a fence, Wagz combines containment and wellness monitoring in one very smart collar.
Create virtual fences in seconds right on your phone with the smart collar that makes the world your backyard. Automatic, real-time corrections keep her safely contained while Keep Out Zones prevent her from going where she shouldn't.
  • Amaryllo’s iBabi Smart is the world’s first AI-powered baby monitor with embedded high-power CPUs to perform advanced biometric technologies without the need for a local computer. By utilizing the onboard complex machine learning algorithms, iBabi Smart provides in-depth insight into a baby’s daily development and warns parents when babies are in potentially dangerous situations. The thoughtfully designed iBabi Smart offers a long list of game-changing features such as 256-bit military-grade encryption, the ability to recognize when the baby cries or speaks, a comprehensive daily report that logs the baby’s behavior, and patented 360° auto-tracking technology.
