Have the IMM/MAOB form printed
automatically with and alongside the
routine Admit Paperwork and given to
the patient upon transfer to the main
hospital.

recommendations
Advise IT team of change and reprogram
Invision/EDM/Firstnet to interfacetogether and print IMM

and allow them to act in accordance when giving admit
papers to clinical team/patient
