The SDTN company is specialised in the manufacturing
of gaz cooking production lines (hotplates, drums,
conveyors).
The cooking machines can produce crêpes, pancakes,
Pfannkuchen, Palatschinken, nalesniki, blinis, blintzes,
bricks, omelettes, spring rolls, samoussas ... and any
similar product. A wide size’s choice of hotplates is
possible from Ø1600 mm to Ø3800 mm. The width of
the plates starts from 320 mm up to 980 mm according
to the products which must be make. Different batter
dosing or batter spreading are used depending on the
final product. The capacity can vary according to the
product’s diameter, its cooking time an the size of the
cooking machine. Usually the output can reach 800 to
3500 pieces/hour for thin products and 2000 to 30 000
pieces/hour for thick products. Many options can be
suggested as folding, stacking, cooling ...
