I’m a tech enthusiast, operator and entrepreneur with 10+ years of work experience; as part of strategy consulting and internet tech (consumer and enterprise SaaS). Today, I lead the Business Operations team at Lynda.com. Key projects include supporting the launch of paid-trials, a/b testing price and packaging, channel optimization, customer segmentation, go to market strategy and defining business KPIs. Prior to Lynda.com, I joined Linkedin pre-IPO. During my 4-yr tenure, I served two roles: 1) Sr. Manager of Corporate Development and 2) Manager of Business Operations. Previous to Linkedin, I was a management consultant at Accenture Strategy; aligned with the Growth Strategy practic.
