2. Nature
Rule of 3rds: I took this
picture without my
object being directly in
the center of the frame. I
believed that it would be
a nature picture
because of the snowy
backdrop.
3. Pets
Eye Contact: In this
picture, my object
(Skyler’s cat, Ollie) Was
not looking directly at
the camera. Where
was Ollie looking? This
demonstrates interest
and curiosity within
Ollie’s eyes.
4. Pets
Lighting: I tried to get
a lot of back drop
lighting and more
lighting on my sister
than the dog, Soho.
So you see that her
hair appears more
blonde which Soho
still has deep
chocolate brown hair.
Also, one hand looks
a lot brighter than the
other one.
5. Food
Lighting: I tried to sit
under a lighted spot so
things on the salad
would appear lighter.
Angle: I shot the picture
on top of the salad and
not directly facing it, to
create a little bit of a
looking down angle.
6. Food
Angle: I took this
picture not straight on
the tacos, but looking
down on the taco and
soda.
Lighting: I also played
with lighting and it
helped the tan colors
in the picture seem to
blend.
