  3. To create a distributed network of UP communities around the world. This will be accomplished by providing an UP Founder’s Toolkit that can be rolled out in a self organized manner. This provides anyone looking to bring together a purpose-driven community with a turn-key solution that is flexible enough to adapt to their local environment. We can then leverage the power of the network by connecting to people, ideas, and resources to amplify our impact. VISION

URGENT: Work deadlines, chores, bills, alerts IMPORTANT: Learning, healthy living, meditation, creativity, friendship, play IMPORTANT/URGENT We need to reclaim what is most important to us. We live in an active system but behave passively. We are responsible for what our lives look like, we are the designers.

How: • Leveraging a communal, more hands, less work approach. • Deputizing those interested in taking on a leadership role.
