Editor's Notes
Thanks to Dr. Boarman – Campus Master Plan – exciting times ahead Welcome returning classes ’83, ‘88, ’93, ‘98, ‘03! On behalf of the NCSSM Alumni Assoc Board of Directors, I am pleased to present to you the 2007-08 annual report of the Assoc’s activities for the past year.
Will try to keep this meeting brief with highlights of the past year and goals for the future – time at the end for questions
This is our guiding principle as we conduct the business of the Association.
Happy to report 20 board members currently serve Full board meets every other month with committees meeting on in-between months 5 committees – most board work occurs within these meetings
Many board members on multiple committees – demonstrates their commitment to the association Therese – invaluable to us; driving force and motivation for our board – connection to the campus Ashwin – engaged SGA president; keeps us connected to current students Michael – served board for some time; mostly recently Pres; leadership has led to increased involvement with Alumni Emily Martine ’88 & Darcie Smith ‘93 We invite you to join the leadership team
