Slinging the Lingo @ = address a tweet to a particular person DM = direct message; private tweet to someone who follows you RT = retweet someone else’s tweet MT = retweet a tweet with some edits HT = hat-tip… give someone credit # = hashtag, to follow a particular stream (#PDSs2s)
Okay, that’s a little bit of “how”... Now, what about the “why”?
