Perfecting his craft, Mr. Curtin has raised chocolates to a fine art with his truffles and mendiants. www.eclatchocolate.com Sarabeth's Kitchen is incredible at whatever they decide to make, however, their hand-made, 100% natural cookies are (in my opinion) the best. They taste better than home made because they are so fine and have melt-in-your-mouth consistency. My pick is the chocolate shortbread. www.sarabeths.com My personal, secret weapon when entertaining are Williams Sonoma slow cooking sauces. They have a variety to fit any occasion and they taste homemade. The all-natural braising base is made with traditional wines, vegetables and spices, gently cooked for hours to achieve its delicious complexity. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive. www.williams-sonoma.com
17. The Meeting Professionals International WestField Chapter (MPIWC) was founded in 1989. It was believed that there needed to be an educational and networking source to directly serve meeting professionals, both planners and suppliers, in Westchester, NY and Fairfield, CT counties. MPI was that source. With a large base of planner members in our chapter such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pfizer, Bayer, Deloitte and Pepsi-Cola (to name only a few), we bring a vast array of meeting planning professionals to the table. Not to be ignored are the equally powerful supplier members we have including Dolce International, Marriott Hotels, Hilton, Starwood Hotels, Hyatt, Disney, and more. As a Business Partner, you will gain exposure to the right buyers: Membership is over 250 representing Meeting Industry Professionals Planner and supplier membership is balanced at 50% each, primarily representing Westchester and Fairfield Counties Many of the members represent companies based in New York City Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the meetings and events industry's largest and most vibrant global community, helps our members thrive by providing human connections to knowledge and ideas, relationships, and marketplaces.
