- F.I.L.A. is a leading Italian company in the development, production and marketing of coloring, drawing, modeling and writing tools that are mainly used in different sectors, from School to Fine Art. In the past few years F.I.L.A. Group has witnessed a period of rapid revenues growth, geographical expansion and penetration into new markets driven by continuous innovation, brand recognition and a program of internationalization. Against this scenario of sales growth, business diversification and geographical expansion, F.I.L.A. has initiated a path of transformation and internal evolution in order to be ready to face progressively the greater challenges posed by the market and by the full integration of the newly acquired companies. This transformation and evolution path concerns governance, business processes, Group organization and Information Systems landscape, with a focus on the implementation of the Group SAP System. The main objective of the DNA Project is to implement a common solution based on SAP S4HANA for all the Group. The first Phase of the Project had the objective the design of the Core Model for 20 Companies and the implementation for the first 8 Companies (Industrie Maimeri and 7 Companies of Canson). The Program after that provides the roll out for the other Companies by Q1 2020. The main purpose is to develop a model that supports the control of the internal growth strategy, promotes the harmonization and simplification of processes and facilitates the incorporation of new acquisitions.
