  1. 1. Are You Pregnant ? Have you simply had a baby? Did you know it is extremely easy for you to drop that dreaded pregnancy weight, and do it quickly? My partner is due with our 2nd youngster in simply 3 days, so she has at least one go round with losing the baby weight ... and let me tell you she got that weight off fast.   4. 4. When she was pregnant she did a lot of jogging, walking and swimming. Pretty low essential workouts but she was diligent with them and worked out every day she could. Her next biggest key to losing the weight, she said was her diet. Now do not get me wrong she had her cravings and ate what she longed for, but her normal eating was extremely healthy. She did not consume convenience food or unhealthy food, unless naturally she craved it one day. She stated since she kept her eating as healthy as possible she felt like the weight she obtained was all due to the baby, and not since she used the pregnancy reason to consume processed food and gain weight, since you are "supposed to fatten when pregnant" right?   5. 5. Her third key to success was the exercise she did after having the infant. As quickly as she got the all clear from her physician she began exercising instantly. She continued the exact same workouts that she did while she was pregnant till she felt comfy taking it up a couple of levels. As quickly as she began dropping a couple of pounds she was much more encouraged and kept working harder to lose her weight. I was amazed when she said her 3rd key was the post pregnancy workout.
