FMP Creation for 2013
I decided to create a Graphic Novel/Comic for my Final Major Project. I chose this idea because I
wanted to make my project mainly art based as that is where most of my skills are focused and the
area I enjoy the most. The project would involve intensive attention to detail and extra time and
work to create it well. The target audience would be fans of reading comic books and graphic novels,
most likely the younger generations, teenagers and young adults. I think they would be interested in
my final project because I would work hard to make sure it is up to a great standard and the
storyline is unique and of my own creation.
I would need quite a lot of art materials and mediums to create the graphic novel/comic, depending
on the time frame given and how long the story would be (how many pages it would be). After
considering the content of the novel I know that it will obviously be non-fiction and possibly
medieval or science fiction genre. Once complete the project will be a short version of a readable
graphic novel of a good quality.
