A True Blue Inclusion Leadership Deep Dive
"This is your conversation. Step into the lead with us. We are going to
be with you all the way."
This deep dive we will focus our energies on what D&I leaders are sensing
as conflicting and competing agendas. The dialogue will help contextualize
the changes shaping and reshaping the work you do.
We look forward to engaging you in a dialogue with a particular emphasis
on:
How our global portfolio of relationships is increasingly becoming
the new capital for success.
The influence of media in shaping individual and collective world
views and its impact on how individuals and groups want to be
addressed as citizens and contributors to society.
The narrative of "The Other" - those who seek and aspire for a better
life in our country, by means of Visas, green cards, etc. - and how
their positioning and level of comfort has shifted due to recent
governmental actions against immigration.
How the first 45 days of the new administration may have changed
your business priorities and how your company does business.
Deep Dive Spotlight :The First 100 Days
Essential Strategic Insights
2. We came together in Washington D.C. on January 11th -12th for a candid and no-holds-barred
strategic thought conversation, "The First 100 Days: To Define or Be Defined." The session had
two objectives: (1) explore critical insights for managing
D&I thoughtfully through the first 100 days of the Trump
presidency and, (2) assess the current and future
political, corporate and social landscape for Diversity
and Inclusion.
Review the one-page "Essential Insights from a True
Blue Inclusion Strategic Thought Conversation" for
a brief overview. As you think about the ways in which
you engage with the current administration use this one
pager as a supporting tool. In addition, spend time
reading the POWERbrief which catalogs the discussion
in more detail.
The Great Idea Hunt
Writing the W into Engineering
Thank you again for the your participation in the Writing
the W into Engineering Forum. The BluePrint for
Action is ready! We're proud of how this final report
represents the breadth and scope of the original
thinking and synthesis from our two-day gathering in
September, 2016.
To download the BluePrint for Action and to view the event webpage, video and photo gallery visit

The BluePrint for Action brings all this together in a way that's easy to read and easy to
understand. It concisely summarizes the gathering's discussions, points out new ideas, and
structures ways to proceed. We also want to point to an invaluable idea that brought focus,
legitimacy and credibility to what we all did. We call it The Great Idea Hunt -an insight,
perspective & theory swapping round table built to re-imagine solutions. It's a process we've
refined that seamlessly brings consensus to ambiguity. It identifies, captures and prioritizes
issues and ideas. We've grown and matured it for business, academic and political
environments. We see it as a hand-in-glove partner with any future work we do or issues we
address.
