Women of Color in STEM have been making critical decisions and pivot points in
their career influenced from world events, a global pandemic, and political shifts.
Authenticity, Self-Clarity, and Wholeness are the three major themes discussed
in in our seminar today.
Authenticity has played a big part in your career. Especially now in a post
pandemic world, some women of color leaders have come to a pivot point on
their authenticity and approach in their careers.
 How have you experienced this within your own career?

Self Clarity
Self clarity is ever more important to our careers as we are bringing our whole self
to work with a Diversity and Inclusion emphasis. How has this influenced your
approach?
 How have you reflected on your career with self-clarity?
 Have you made a job change, taken a class, and revised your work schedule for yourself
in a post pandemic world?
 Have you made changes to your image or look regarding branding?
Wholeness
Wholeness can help bring the bigger picture together. What other shifts have
prompted change in your career?
 Have you compromised something in your career given there are more expectations in the
business environment?
 Have you made a shift in an assignment? Many colleagues and peers have made decisions
to quit or go for another role outside of their respective companies.

  • 6. Intro and Purpose Women of Color in STEM have been making critical decisions and pivot points in their career influenced from world events, a global pandemic, and political shifts. Authenticity, Self-Clarity, and Wholeness are the three major themes discussed in in our seminar today.
  • 7. Authenticity has played a big part in your career. Especially now in a post pandemic world, some women of color leaders have come to a pivot point on their authenticity and approach in their careers.  How have you experienced this within your own career? Authenticity
  • 8. Self Clarity Self clarity is ever more important to our careers as we are bringing our whole self to work with a Diversity and Inclusion emphasis. How has this influenced your approach?  How have you reflected on your career with self-clarity?  Have you made a job change, taken a class, and revised your work schedule for yourself in a post pandemic world?  Have you made changes to your image or look regarding branding?
  • 9. Wholeness Wholeness can help bring the bigger picture together. What other shifts have prompted change in your career?  Have you compromised something in your career given there are more expectations in the business environment?  Have you made a shift in an assignment? Many colleagues and peers have made decisions to quit or go for another role outside of their respective companies.  Have you started asking for specifics to make your career experience whole like, better work hours to support your family, or compensation?
