My portion of the IA Summit Beyond Findability pre-con workshop produced by Andrew Hinton. The presentation focuses on resolving the identity crisis many UX teams feel by first encouraging practitioners to look at who the are and what they (now) need to know, and the importance of collaborating (well) with peers of other disciplines.
