This document summarizes observations from German students visiting Lund, Sweden for a school exchange program. 8. TERMINAL EUROPE MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT Pupils and school They are really nice and polite. They speak English very well. Our puplis were happy about the common adventures. They always helped the German friends.

9. TERMINAL EUROPE MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT Pupils and school Pupils always work with their mobile phones as well as listen to music during art lessons. They have got new and expensive laptops. Every pupil has got a big locker.

10. TERMINAL EUROPE MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT families and houses … The host families were very nice. Some houses are fine and precious equiped. There are often big TV sets. One girls told us that they could speak Russian with the host mother.

11. MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT food … They offered Swedish and German food. The German learned many Swedish specialities like smörgos or to drink milk and water all the day. The host families often offered fish. They all liked the Swedish food.

12. MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT customs … They had breakfast together. They often drink milk at school and at home. Some pupils are learning an instrument. It´s very popular in Sweden. Everywhere you can see bikes. It´s surprising to see all the bikes in the town. You can go by bus all the day and it´s easy to go down town or home.

13. MITTELSCHULE WEST NEUMARKT sights The area is green and flat and some parts are hilly. It´s a little bit cloder than in Germany. The town is clean and have a lot of old buildings.
