Real estate professionals: Here is a simple way to share eNeighborhoods Neighborhood Reports with prospects and clients. It's easy to use Twitter, LinkedIn or FaceBook to deliver local information.
Hi! Today we’ve got a short slideshow on how to share eNeighborhoods information on Twitter. Why share? While other real estate pros are tweeting about standing in line at Starbucks, you can share valuable local information that builds your visibility and credibility as a a real estate expert. Here we go!
First, log into your eNeighborhoods NEXT account. Be sure you’re using NEXT, which is the Web-based version of eNeighborhoods. You can log in at NEXT.eneighborhoods.com with your current userID.
One note…be sure you have completed your agent profile so your name, photo and contact information appears on the information you’re sharing. Access your profile by clicking this icon on the upper right.
Click Neighborhood Envoy. You can share other eNeighborhoods reports like Flyers, CMAs and BuyerTours, but in this example we’ll use Neighborhood Envoy Reports.
Click Reports. You can also share eNeighborhoods neighborhood information via mobile and through map-based widgets, but that’s another slideshow.
Complete your neighborhood Envoy Report as usual, then click publish.
Click the down arrow and choose Post Report to Web
Click the blue button to run your report.
Now, type an introduction to your post in Twitter. It’s a good idea to mention the neighborhood and city names. You may also want to note that it’s a free report.
Right click to copy the link. It’s not shown in this example, but you can also use a URL shortener like bitly, or tinyURL.
Choose Copy Link Location
On a windows PC, Right click and choose paste to add the link to your Twitter post. Click the Tweet button.
The link to your Neighborhood Report is available for 90 days… But you might want to post a monthly update for your neighborhood.
That’s it! And Twitter isn’t the only way to build your online visibility.
You can also post links on. Facebook Your LinkedIn profile Include in your email signature Or post reports on your Website.
