  2. 2. <ul><li>Jim Beam will have the opportunity to display a 30.5 x 40 poster promoting Jim Beam for one month in one of the Metropolis Lobby Marquee display cases. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam will be the exclusive hard liquor of Metropolis and only Jim Beam products will be served in the Metropolis Bar (along with the existing beer sponsor). </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam will receive 50 tickets for use to subscription shows during the 2009-2010 season. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam will receive logo placement on all direct-mail pieces, all E-invitations, and Metropolis Show Program inserts promoting the 2009-2010 season. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam logo will also appear in 2009-10 Daily Herald newspaper advertising in the Friday TimeOut! Section and the Sunday Section. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam logo will appear on the 2009-2010 Metropolis TV commercials on the Village of Arlington Heights’ cable channel that runs in every home in the Village. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam will be listed as an Official Sponsor in all press releases. </li></ul><ul><li>Jim Beam logo and link on the Metropolis Web Site. </li></ul>Sponsorship Highlights

Signage <ul><li>Jim Beam’s logo will appear in all marketing posters promoting the 2009-2010 Metropolis season including: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>All marquee posters – 41 posters from July 7, 2009-June 31, 2010 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Four 6 ft. high x 4 ft. wide framed season posters that hang in the Metropolis lobby from July 7, 2009-June 31, 2010. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Metropolis Season Poster that is displayed in the outdoor marquee at the entrance of the theater. Displayed July 15, 2009-June 31, 2010. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>All 11” x 17” 2009-10 subscription series posters distributed throughout the community – 500 posters </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Posters for the three remaining subscription shows in the 2008-2009 season. </li></ul></ul>

Direct Mail <ul><li>Jim Beam’s logo will appear on: </li></ul><ul><li>Postcards for every show at Metropolis – 250,000 pieces </li></ul><ul><li>Opening night media and VIP invitations – 5,000 pieces </li></ul><ul><li>Press releases – 40 pieces </li></ul><ul><li>Postcards for the three remaining subscription shows in the 2008-2009 season </li></ul>
  8. 8. Programs & Inserts Jim Beam’s logo will be included on the title page of all show programs as well as any flyers inserted into the program.
  9. 9. E-Blasts Jim Beam’s logo will be included in all weekly E-blasts sent promoting Metropolis. Sent to 8,000 E-mail subscribers from January 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010 .
  10. 10. Website Jim Beam’s logo would be displayed on the Metropolis website with a direct link to Jim Beam’s website. The Metropolis website averages 3,083,000 hits per year.
  11. 11. Newspaper Advertising The Jim Beam logo will appear in the 2009-2010 Metropolis Daily Herald newspaper advertising campaign. The ads will run from January 1, 2009 until July 31, 2010, appearing in the Friday TimeOut! section and the Sunday Arts section. Friday’s circulation: 159,379 Sunday’s circulation: 156,588
  12. 12. Television Advertising Jim Beam’s logo will appear in the Metropolis TV commercials that run on the Village of Arlington Heights’ cable channel, which runs in every home in the Village. 200 spots per week for 40 weeks per year, from January 1, 2009 until July 31, 2010.
  13. 13. Special Events Jim Beam will be the Exclusive Hard Liquor Sponsor for the Metropolis Mardi Gras (March 20, 2009) and Black-tie Gala (May 8, 2009) Fundraising events. There will also be a Jim Beam tasting table at the Gala event. Jim Beam’s logo will appear on all items promoting the fundraising events.

  15. 15. Summary We welcome the opportunity to have Jim Beam as an Official Sponsor of Metropolis Performing Arts Centre. We believe this will be a mutually beneficial relationship, and we look forward to working together to serve the Northwest suburbs, exposing patrons to the Jim Beam brand, and making Metropolis the premier entertainment destination in the area.
