1. I like this picture of my main contents picture because it is very effective- I like the colour although I
might use normal colours to make it seem more real, and I like the effect of the knuckles. The
seriousness of the face is also effective as it shows hidden meaning and almost sorrow. Which could
link into my story and the knuckels could represent how tough he was fighting away his past.
This one would be good to include for another picture in
the contents page as it looks like someone playing live. The guitar and style of this guy fits into my
target audience and genre. Also the lighting and smoky background looks like he is playing live. This
would be a good one explaining someone new. But not a full story just a snippit of one to grab the
readers attention.

2. I like this photo because it shows
emotion and it is a very powerful image
that stands out extremely well. This
would be idea for my front cover- the
reader will immediately want to know
why that person is crying- but I am not
going to have so much makeup and he
will be screaming as well as tears coming
down his face. There will be empty space
with will be the black background for
coverlines and the masthead however I
definitely want a front cover image like
this.
