After graduating from Tsinghua University with a master degree, I've been working as a software engineer on the search quality team at LinkedIn. I use machine learning techniques, business rules and perform data analytics to assist users with their searches by understanding entities in the user queries, building features around autocomplete, search suggestion, results filtering, ranking in federation and metrics. I love working with different functions including product and apps, and exploring unfamiliar areas like mid-tier and mobile development to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
