French bacon and zucchini cake

1. Bacon strip and Zucchini

2. YOU WILL NEED :

200g flour

350/400g zucchini (2 in average)

3 eggs

100g greated cheese (gruyere)

1 tbsp provence herbs

10cl milk

5cl olive oil

1 packet backing powder (= 2 tsp)

100g bacon strip

Salt, pepper

3. STEP 1 :
Preheat the oven to 180°c ,
thermostat 6. Speel the
zucchini (one band out of two)
and cut them in small cubes.
Brown them with olive oil, during
5 minutes. Add a tbsp of
provence herbs and bacon
strip. Continue baking during
10min.

4. STEP 2 :
In a large bowl, put the flour and the baking powder
then mix well .
n one other bowl beat the eggs , add salt , pepper and milk .
Make a well and pour little by little. When all the mixing is
homogeneous add the grated cheese, the bacon strip, the zucchini
and mix carefully.

5. STEP 3 :
our into a buttered baking tin, then scatter the grated cheese on it.
Put the mix in the oven and bake it during 55 min, watch it
carefully because it may be cooked a bit before 55 minutes !
