This document presents a proposal for an ICT in ELT course for students of English at the Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas. The aim of the course is for students to acquire English skills through the use of web tools, especially a class blog. The objectives are for students to learn how to use blogs for English learning, integrate different web tools, obtain extra writing, reading, speaking and listening practice, and work collaboratively. The course activities involve students creating accounts on Snapvine to introduce themselves, summarizing written texts and recording the summaries on Snapvine to post on the class blog over three weeks.
