Captain Andrew Hartigan, Program Manager, US Navy in Lecco, Italy, on 3 November 1963. He attended the
course “BOREA 4” at the Air Force Academy from
Colonel Hans Peter Grathwol, Head of Army Aviation Centre, 1982 through 1986. On 2 March 1987 he obtained
German Army his Military Pilot License flying MB339 aircraft at
the Jet Aircraft School of Lecce. In 1988 he was
