Dinamica retailului din ultimi ani obliga companiile sa se adapteze rapid
la schimbarile de natura economica, fiscala sau legislativa si sa gaseasca
solutii de flexibilizare a activitatii.

In acest sens, companiile pot opta pentru o oferta mult mai bogata
de solutii prin serviciul de leasing de personal sau inchirierea de
forta de munca.

triunghiulara intre doi angajatori
(Agentul de Munca Temporara si
Utilizatorul) si un lucrator
temporar, fundamentata prin
doua contracte (intre agentie si
lucratorul temporar pe de o parte
si intre agentie si utilizator pe de
alta) conform imaginii de mai jos :

Agentiei ii revine rolul de angajator oficial si isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru toate
activitatile legate de administrarea personalului inchiriat, de la recrutare şi selecţie la angajare,
salarizare si chiar înlocuire.
