Using Your Online Account to Request Library Materials   Quit
Getting Started Quit Did you know that as a Polk County Library Cooperative cardholder, you have access to an online library account which allows you to request materials?  You can log in to your account at:  http:// catalog.mypclc.org / You will need the 14 digit barcode number located on the back of your library card and your ID number, which can be obtained by visiting one of your local libraries. This tutorial is divided into three sections: Accessing Your Account Requesting Materials Managing Your Materials If you would like to skip forward or return to one of the sections, you may click on the Menu button at any time to access the links above. 20398 00013 1167 I agree to be responsible for materials borrowed on this card, to pay fines for overdue items, and to pay for the replacement of lost or stolen materials. I will give notice of change of address and will report the loss or theft of this card. Accessing Your Account Enter your barcode number and ID number. Click the login button. Click on the Login button. Quit Menu
Requesting Materials You may search for an item by title, author, subject, etc. or by type of media. Your item’s title, publication date and author will be displayed . Click on the title to view it’s availability. Quit Menu
Requesting Materials Status indicates the availability of an item. This copy belongs to the Auburndale Public Library and is currently being held for another patron.  Click here to have the item delivered to the library of your choice. Quit Menu
Requesting Materials Select a pick-up location for your item. This is where the item will be sent. Click the request button to finalize your request. Once you have finished , you should see the message below. You are 153 on the list and the item will be sent to the E-Library. Quit Menu
Click here to view the status of your requests. Managing Your Requests Click here to access your account details.  There are no items ready for pick up, but 1 item is in transit, which indicates it will be delivered soon. Click in this box to cancel a request. Quit Menu
