and services catering to the connectivity requirements for the modern Somali
consumer. SO! is also the only Authorized Retail Agent for Somcable.

complete solutions for High Speed Internet, Voice, Multimedia and Enterprise
Solutions. SO! is known to be the most comprehensive ISP and the largest fiber
network provider for all of Somaliland communication requirements.

3. Our Approach
Prior to the launch of its services, SO! was presented a detailed digital plan
that focussed on overall solutions for online branding that included website design
and development, Social media engagement, Social Media promotions emailer
campaigns and promotional videos.
The pre launch activities included website design and development based on its
branding guidelines. With a view to keep the website user-friendly, we focussed
on:
• Easy navigation with easy to follow links that work. Responsive and accessible
across all platforms, we included a search bar to help customers navigate the
website faster.
• We stuck to the brand guidelines and followed a more dynamic design to feature
several products and services. Doing the launch we highlighted the special offers
guiding consumers to the promotions directly. We added key menu items like

4. contact, about, FAQ’s and other similar links at the bottom of the page - to aid
quick access.
• We showcased the preferred products & services, so that audience can access or
glance what they need at a go.

5. The Social Media Engagement was split into pre-launch, launch and post launch
campaigns with planned promotions.
Pre Launch Teasers: Introduction of the brand & initiate curiosity about the launch
of fastest internet service in Somali Land. This included highlighting the use of
internet in daily life e.g. watching a video on youtube, pictures on FB, Live
streaming of a sports event, video conference calls and online education.
Launch: Focus on offers, activation, availability of services etc.
Post Launch: Capturing the experience of SO! with different expressions and
experiences with the tagline "So! have you switched yet!”
With targeted promotions we were able to get over 2k likes in the initial stages of
promotion.

6. The promotional video includes the Inspiration pull out from the “SO!” existing
logo - where 85 triangles come together and create connections; every connection is
like a “+” (plus) for infinite business possibilities. With the connection of images
key points, figures and business values… like speed, quality, reliability, Innovation,
CSR and Coverage were showcased.

7. The Result
SO! Ltd. had an extremely successful marketing campaign & the results were
impressive: a quarter into the campaigns planned and implemented by Codelattice,
SO! could register convertible leads and customers while preserving strong
engagement for their varied range of products and services catering to the
connectivity requirements.
