Afghanistan has faced conflict from Al-Qaeda terrorists trained by its military. Many countries including the US, UK, Turkey, and others have provided aid to Afghanistan. The US began bombing in 2001 to target Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, and has since worked to help Afghanistan's government build stability. The document suggests that an agreement between religious leaders could help solve issues in Afghanistan.
