2. THE PROBLEM
• Positive, progressive technological change is happening
exponentially as we approach the Singularity
• There are unprecedented opportunities and possibilities
to create a world of abundance, peace and prosperity
• However many leaders and especially in Western society
are living in a reality based on current limitations,
scarcity, postmodern confusion, apathy and populist
fear, thus limiting the potential this future can bring
3. A SOLUTION: TOMORROW’S LEADERS
A leadership program for Millennials and Generation Z called “Tomorrow’s
Leaders” that will;
• identify, educate, inspire and empower tomorrows’ leadership
• Raise their consciousness to peak state and imbue them with the values
of acceptance, positivity, win-win-win thinking, contribution, sharing,
co-operation and collaboration at scale, pragmatism, abundance,
imagination, personal action and long-term generational planning
• Provide them the knowledge, the inspiration, the networks and the tools
to help them create
• collective moon shot Visions for a world 10x better than today
• actionable plans to achieve these Visions
4. ABOUT ME:
• Born in Zambia, I’m now a Sydneysider (53) and ex-serial internet entrepreneur. As founding CEO and / mentor
director of 8 companies, I have employed ~1,000 staff in three countries with millions of customers and
hundreds of millions in revenue. With over 21 founding partners and ~50 investors I exited 6 of these 8
companies, for valuations in excess of $350m.
• Currently, I’m an active mentor and director of:
1) www.Lendi.com.au, a 3 year old baby unicorn ( based in Sydney) that is the worlds’ leading mortgage fintech, valued at
~$200m and on a run rate of $3bn mortgages per annum.
2) www.GeorgeandKing.com.au – a menswear concierge - a new type of retail-as-a-service concept that is blowing up
• I’m happily divorced with two beautiful daughters 9 & 13, a beautiful girlfriend, two Asian cats and a Spoodle.
I am an active beach volleyball player and partygoer.
• As a 4th generation African, I lived through the remarkable peaceful transition from Racist Apartheid to the
Rainbow Nation in South Africa and was inspired by super-ethical leaders of the time like Mandela, De Klerk
and Gorbachev, whose high levels of human awareness and personal integrity, allowed them to move from
violent oppressive autocracy, into democracies almost overnight, without civil war or mass bloodshed.
• I’ve spent all my adult life believing that we can create our own futures and that in all areas in life - the more
you give (add value) - the more you get. In the past 18 months, I have transitioned my passion for B2C
business into working out how I can create my legacy and make the world a better place. So I have decided
that one way will be to develop and mentor “tomorrow’s leadership” at scale, so that they can achieve some
of the incredible potential - and avoid the potential perils - of the upcoming Singularity and in doing so, make
the world 10x – 100x better than it is today.
5. EVERYTHING IS CHANGING
• Technologically and industrially everything is changing…
• Faster - and on most metrics - for the better..
But importantly -
• Societal consciousness is not evolving as fast
• And so Tomorrow’s Leaders will need to foster new
adaptive values, beliefs and visions to maximise the
societal potential of the exponential change and
possibilities that lie ahead…
6. OPTIMAL STATES OF EXISTENCE
“I am not saying in this conception of adult behaviour that one style of being, one form of
human existence is inevitably and in all circumstances superior to or better than another form
of human existence, another style of being.
What I am saying is that when one form of being is more congruent with the realities of
existence, then it is the better form of living, for those realities. And what I am saying is that
when one form of existence ceases to be functional for the realities of existence then some
other form, either higher or lower (…in the holarchy…), is the better style of living.
I do suggest, however, and this I deeply believe is so, that for the overall welfare of total man’s
existence in the world, over the long run of time, higher levels are better than lower levels, and
that the prime good of any society’s governing figures should be to promote human movement
up the levels of human existence”

9. STATE OF EXISTENCE: MAJORITY WORLD
• Mainly Purple transitioning to Red
• Extreme poverty levels are still very high in Darkness /
Purple consciousness in Africa, war zones and parts of
the Asia, but most of the remainder are transitioning to
middle class and will enter Yellow consciousness by 2025
• Women’s rights, trafficking, refugee displacement and
underclass education are at Purple transitioning Red
• Governance levels are Red or Orange going Yellow
10. STATE OF EXISTENCE : MINORITY WORLD
• Income inequality, multinational power, extreme capitalism, and
globalisation resulting in a belief that the system needs to change
as people get left behind and demand redress
• Therefore mainly Yellow going Green economically to afford
more safety nets
• Unfortunately terrorism, postmodern, post-truth commercial
media fearmongering is pushing Yellow and Greens socially in
fear back to Orange
• Potential for national socialism / modern Luddite movement to
arise again, unless a clear progressive and inspiring vision and
pathways to better futures can be outlined by enlightened and
blue-sky thinking, impassioned leadership
11. STATE OF EXISTENCE : LEADERSHIP
• Nationally Yellow going Green in the West – globally mostly going Blue
• Economic, science, technology and trade co-operation between major nations has
been at near all time highs – pragmatic Blue with Imaginative White appearing in
Silicon Valley, Scandinavia, parts of China
• Global co-operation on major threats such as nukes, pandemics and climate change
had moved into pragmatic, collaborative Blue under Obama hegemony
• Military containment and co-operation are more Yellow than in the Blue of late 90’s /
early 2000’s, but still better than the 1980’s Orange and 1960’s & 70’s Red.
• Refugee co-operation and management – Blue in Western Europe and parts of the
Middle East – Orange (Us vs. Them) everywhere else. “Clash of civilisations” meme
threatening to pull everyone into Orange, as fear of the Other results in a retraction into
nationalism
• General understanding of the Singularity is in Darkness with some Purple fear around
the potential existential threats. The militaries of the world may focus on it next (Red) in
reaction to the Purple, as Yellow try make money from it and Green try to democratise
it and at the same time slow it down.
12. VISIONARY LEADERS CHANGE THE WORLD
• Focussed, committed, charismatic, empathetic, realistic, creators of a Zeitgeist,
these few people along with their fanatical followers can alter their fellow beings’
consciousness to experience existence through a new set of values, beliefs, dreams
and visions and inspire them to build a new world.
• For good or for evil, successful leaders always arise from a small group of inspired,
committed and outstanding believers, who then as future leaders themselves
inspire fanatical activists to follow. Those activists’ widespread messages eventually
create a tipping point and the cultural consciousness changes. Jesus, Gandhi,
Hitler, Mao, MLK, JFK, Mandela, Gore (Climate Change), Sanders, Trump.
• We need the next generation to be Blue Sky and Enlightened thinkers – positive,
pragmatic, win-win tech-progressives focussing on creating peace, prosperity,
abundance for all and thus a veritable Utopia on earth.

14. CASE STUDY: THE MINDFULNESS SUMMIT (TMS)
• A mindfulness teacher and her semi-retired internet entrepreneur boyfriend (Mel and Matt) created
www.themindfulnesssummit.com (TMS) a simple WordPress website in early 2015 as a non-profit venture
to spread the message of Mindfulness
• They initially offered their own free mindfulness content, that was advertised and promoted via social
media to build a list of interested, email subscribers.
• They then partnered with industry influencers and other mindfulness teachers who were invited to offer
special free for the worldwide online event – The Mindfulness Summit. The agreement was that each
partner would provide free online video content and or / pdf’s for the Summit and send a message
about their own subscriber databases. In return, they would be profiled and promoted on the TMS
website with links back to their websites for more information on their own offerings.

• This collaborative effort resulted in over 250,000 people signing up for Summit which was rolled out on
the TMS website over 48 hours around Fall of 2015. Furthermore, additional premium content was
offered by Mel ( Mrs. Mindfulness ) at the Summit. After all costs - this balance of this revenue ( over
$500,000) was donated to Mindfulness Charities making the venture not only sustainable, but
philanthropic as well.
• The initial TL program will be modelled on the successful TMS system, with the premium offering being a
“Tomorrows Leaders” certification for wannabe school, student and youth leaders that is recognised by
industry.
15. THE OUTCOME:
Our vision is that within 10 years, we will have 10 million fanatical techno progressive leaders who
believe as strongly as Peter Diamandis and I, that we will overcome fear, negativity, poverty,
disease, scarcity, ageing, war, suffering and discontent through progress.
By 2018, the early founder leaders will have agreed on a set of clearly defined 12, 25 and 50 year
Visions, Goals and Plans to make the world 2x, 10x and then 100x better than it is today - a
veritable Utopia on earth. Similar to JFK’s “moon-shots”, we want these aspirant goals to raise the
generational consciousness to inspire and galvanize the world for the next 50 years.
By 2030, we will reach a tipping point, whereby world leadership across learning communities,
science, industry and governance globally will be financing and pragmatically working on well-
defined plans to achieve these optimal - seemingly Utopian - but very possible outcomes of
abundance, peace and prosperity for all Earth kind.
16. EXAMPLE GOALS AND VISIONS*
By 2030 –
• The UN Goals - http://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/
• 5 billion people in the middle class, zero hunger, zero poverty, food, water and shelter security for all
• women are equal and free
• work week is down to 15 hour per week in minority world, 95% employment in the rest of the world
• people are spending more time on their passions and in their community and less at work
• economic safety nets / digital credits in minority world, so no one is being left behind
• transnational wars have ended and have not re-occurred for 5 years
• we have stabilised climate change and have begun reversing species decline
• exponential personalised and almost free education now means we can learn in half the time, leading to universal literacy to high school level
• effective immortality - average lifespans now extending by 1 year per annum i.e. effective immortality for anyone under ~50
• ubiquitous translation technology allows everyone to understand anyone else without speaking their language
• people are healthier, happier and more excited about life, humanity and its potential
• most dirty and dangerous jobs are done by robots in the minority world
• food technology has made food more abundant, less cruel, less polluting, healthier and personalised
• 3D AI manufacturing allows local low cost production of almost anything
• governance is increasingly automated and managed by AI in the minority world based on best practice evidence
• Autonomous flying drones as passenger vehicles are finally here
