Available to everybody once you can access the story via phone easy to access and to use situated learning: Learning where you can make use of the knowledge (interactivity) I-Call is not technoloy-driven, but focuses on the learning content itself. The story can stand in the foreground because of the lack of difficult technical challenges for the user narration -> people keep the story better in mind than dry learning content, because it is contextualized and the story links to emotions a topic can be divided into several episodes, so that people can learn in small portions and
