Special Assembly from our students, celebrating the National Teachers Day
(11/25)
With so many great things happening this week, I would say
it's the perfect week to end the month. Our Primary students
led a special assembly dedicated to our teachers to celebrate
“Hari Guru Nasional“ (National Teachers Day) and our High
School Green Generation students are now embarking their
global crusade to Paris to joining the world's most important
climate conference, the COP21.
We also had two wonderful HS performances this week, the
'Noble Material' (that will also be performed in COP21) and
the HS Broadway play. Adding to the already busy week, our
Middle School student went historical with a special medieval
banquet earlier today.
We will close the week with two important events, the
Saraswati Ceremony on Saturday and the Global Climate
Change March on Sunday. Everyone is welcome to join these

Acting On One's Passions Effectively and With Confidence
How do you show learning at Green School High School? I am asked this question regularly. My
answer is: "When a student engages passionately in experiences, projects, ideas, and skills, they
are learning." And then I say: "When they engage effectively (with knowledge, confidence and
humility) with a goal to make a positive contribution to their personal growth, their community and
their world, they are thriving."
Because some post-graduation pathways require examinations, Green School High School still
prepares students for some of these exams. We facilitate the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test from
North America) exam on Bali. Many results have been exceptionally high, and, on average, our
students perform 200 points above world average. Read More

Kul Kul Connection meant to them. We ended
up choosing three winners. We are planning to
use their designs on our Kul Kul Connection T-
