There is also a "Live" feature where any Snapchat user can see a story documenting live social events. Casey Neistat, is primarily a famous short
film maker,director,producer and Youtuber.
I have followed his career for a while now.
He started off making indie short films, and
through the development and growth of
technology and social media, he has
adapted his passion for film making and
now makes daily "snapchat stories", in
which he depicts his day in an alternate and
original way using the app "snapchat".

4. Snapchat is a fairly new application
for iPhones and tablets, whereby you
can send photos or videos to you
friends and or followers, for a limited
time only. It also allows you to write
and annotate on the image or video. A
snapchat story is a feature whereby
you can post your photos or videos
for all you followers to see, the app
links all the different clips and images
together to create a "story". This then
lasts for 24 hours and after that is
erased to allow a new story to take its
place.

5. LIVE,FEATURE ON SNAPCHAT
There is also a feature which is
called "Live", this is a snapchat
story that everybody who uses the
app can see, this story documents
different live/ social events, for
example recently there was one
about the Sundance film festival.
This story is a collection of clips
and photos taken by people
involved with these events

6. HOW I USE IT
I have found snapchat helpful in documenting my work on set, as it is simple and I have
easy access to it as I have my phone on me most of the time. It also is helpful to me as I
can annotate my footage ensuring I remember it and can explain it at a later date.
