2. WP5- Community engagement strategies Objectives To define successful community engagement strategies. To complement the baseline information with data on forms of community engagement. To identify frameworks for a systems perspective that are applicable at the community level that engage communities for development. Define a generic template, with indicators, for community engagement. To Identify policy and institutional interventions required to promote community engagement.

4. TNS & WP6 will produce criteria for case study selection and the template and guidelines for data collection.

5. All partners provide their input and participate in producing the final documents.

7. Partners carry out a detailed data collection.

9. Partners submit results to TNS for synthesis.

13. They engage TNSI and partners as advisors for long/term planning
