DUTIES AS REGIONAL DIRECTOR
1. Exercise administrative and functional supervisions overall
Extension Office (EO) personnel;
2. Plan, implement and monitor the programs/projects in line with
the national goals and objectives of the CDA;
3. Plan, implement and monitor extension and rehabilitation and
special projects in the EO;
4. Exercise general control and supervision and is accountable for all
funds and properties of the EO;
5. Recommend and implement measure for the effective and
efficient extension office operations;
6. Recommend and implement measure for the effective and efficient EO;
7. Coordinate with Local Government Units and other
instrumentalities in the area in relation to cooperative development
and other related projects of the EO;
8. Represent the administrator/Chairman and Executive
Director on official function within the area; and
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
DUTIES AS SUPERVISING COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
1. Under general supervision, perform supervisory guidance in the formulation
and implementation of cooperative program;
2. Advises and assists in evolving education and training program for
cooperatives development;
3. Advises and assists in developing guidelines in the implementation of
education and training program;
5. 4. Advises and assists in formulating appropriate education and training
techniques, methodologies, materials, and aid based on determined training
needs;
5. Provides supervisory guidelines in the formulation of workable methods,
techniques, approaches and guidelines for program manipulation of
cooperative training programs;
6. Advises and assists evaluation of education and training programs and
guidelines in determining their effectiveness and recommends shifts or
modification whenever necessary;
7. Plans, directs, supervises and reviews the work and activities of subordinate
personnel of the division, exercise functional supervision over field operations
units regarding cooperative education and training programs;
8. Supervises the conduct of training activities at the regional level;
9. Acts a resource person in the seminar, workshops and other training activities
concerning cooperative development;
10. Acts as Planning Officer;
11. Acts as Member of the PSB;
12. Acts as member of the Internal Quality Control;
13. Acts as Chairman of the 5S; and
14. Does related work assigned from time to time.
